VERTALIX S.A.S.
Pool Party
Privacy policy
Updated: 1 October 2026.
Play without creating an account. Progress stays on your iPhone. Analytics and notifications are optional. iOS 1.1 introduces ads with privacy controls with the controls described below.
Optional analytics · new test versions
Starting with iOS 1.1.1 and Android 0.8.3, you may voluntarily enable Vertalix and Google Analytics for Firebase statistics in Settings. They are off by default, without a startup popup. An earlier iOS preference does not automatically enable this new collection. Declining does not affect gameplay or purchases.
When enabled, the Vertalix collector receives sessions, round starts, results and duration, Drops earned and spent, tools used and chests opened over HTTPS, with platform, version, date and random event and installation identifiers. The analytics identifier is separate from purchase and notification identifiers. We do not send names, email, IDFA, IDFV or the Android advertising ID. These data are pseudonymous, not fully anonymous.
Firebase receives usage statistics and may process an app-instance identifier, device, system and language information, approximate location derived from the connection, and purchase and interaction information. We do not enable advertising personalization or link these data to a player account. Google and collector reports are displayed separately to prevent double counting.
Disabling stops new transmissions and deletes the local analytics queue and identifiers; previously sent reports are not automatically deleted. The local queue holds at most 500 events for six days. Vertalix retains detailed collector events for up to 90 days, alongside aggregates and technical identifiers for reporting; private backups are retained for 35 days. Google applies the retention configured in its service. Contact support@vertalix.com for assistance or rights requests. Android notifications remain disabled.
Controller and contact
VERTALIX S.A.S., Uruguay. Avenida Luis Alberto de Herrera 1248 (WTC), Torre II, Oficina 1416, CP 11300, Montevideo. For privacy or support, email support@vertalix.com and mention Pool Party. Do not send passwords or banking details.
Local progress and essential services
Levels, Drops, tools, skins, records, delivered purchases and settings are stored on your device. There is no VERTALIX account or cross-device progress sync. The app downloads compatible levels and settings without uploading your saved game. Connections disclose technical information such as IP address and request details to serve and protect the service. The last validated configuration is available offline.
This version does not integrate Game Center or request an Apple login. We do not use your camera, microphone, contacts or precise location.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics for Firebase is enabled only after your choice in Settings → Help improve Pool Party. There is no launch popup, and automatic activation in older betas does not count as consent. You may switch it off without losing game features. Collection stops and local Analytics data and identifiers are reset; previously sent reports are not automatically deleted.
If enabled, we measure usage, sessions, level results and duration, stars, tools, virtual currency activity and purchases to understand and improve the game. Google can also measure interactions and StoreKit purchases automatically, and process an app-instance identifier, app version, device, operating system, language and approximate location derived from the connection. We do not send names, email, Game Center identity, IDFA, IDFV or our own User-ID. These data are not used for cross-app advertising tracking or personalized ads. Technical identifiers mean the data should not be considered fully anonymous.
VERTALIX reads aggregate Google reports in its private dashboard. Google retains data according to service settings; the dashboard retains report copies for consultation. Contact us for help with your rights. See Google Privacy and Google services in partner apps.
Purchases and pending transactions
Apple handles payment and confirmation. We never receive your card details or Apple password. The app verifies transactions and stores transaction identifiers and delivery records locally to prevent duplicate rewards. Before opening payment, our server stores an offer: a random identifier for that operation, product, catalog version, contents and creation date. The identifier is passed to Apple with the purchase and allows recovery of the offer for a pending transaction. Our server does not receive the receipt, your balance, a confirmed payment history or your Apple identity.
Offers currently have no automatic expiry so pending transactions can be recovered. Retention will be reviewed against that need and applicable obligations. Drops, chests and life passes are consumables, not subscriptions. Recovering a pending purchase does not restore already delivered or spent resources or sync progress. See Apple Privacy.
Optional notifications
Registration occurs only after you enable game news and notifications and authorize iOS. We store an encrypted Apple push token, random installation identifier, hashed authentication credential, language, app version, permission and last connection. These deliver Pool Party news, challenges and offers through Apple. They are not linked to Analytics or saved progress.
Turn notifications off in the app or iOS. The app sends the opt-out when connected; iOS blocks display when permission is withdrawn. We remove the token after opt-out, Apple invalidation or 90 days without renewal. Minimal authentication records remain to prevent old requests from re-enabling notifications. The local credential may persist in Keychain across reinstalls. Administrative delivery history records acceptance by Apple, not whether you read a message.
Ads, age and privacy
Compatible versions, starting with iOS 1.1 and Android 0.8.0, may show automatic ads after completed rounds, never before or during play. Frequency depends on game configuration. Videos to obtain a life or continue a round are always optional. The initial iOS 1.0 version does not show ads.
Starting with iOS 1.1 (build 140) and Android 0.8.1, we do not ask for your age or birth date. Every ad request uses Google’s restrictive treatment for users below the age of consent, non-personalized ads and a maximum G content rating. We do not use IDFA or the Android advertising ID. Ads may be prepared in the background; rewarded videos only open when you request them. This does not eliminate the technical data processing described below. The game remains intended for players aged 13 and older.
Earlier versions iOS 1.1 (139) and Android 0.8.0 ask once whether you are under 18; that choice stays on your device and disables ads for minors. Newer versions do not use that choice.
We use Google AdMob and UMP. Where applicable, privacy choices appear before ads are requested. You can review them in Settings → Ad privacy. Rejecting or closing the message does not prevent play. We request non-personalized ads; this does not mean no data is processed.
Google may process IP address and its approximate location, technical app or device identifiers, advertising interactions, performance and diagnostic data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. We do not request precise location or ATT permission to access IDFA. Analytics remains separate and requires voluntary activation in Settings. AdMob provides its own advertising reports. Rewards are granted only when the SDK confirms that they were earned.
Remove ads
These versions offer a permanent purchase, not a subscription, that removes only automatic ads between rounds. Optional rewarded videos remain available. The final price is shown by the store before confirmation. Restore this purchase in Settings using the same store account; a refund may revoke ownership. It does not restore spent consumables or synchronize progress.
Retention, support and your rights
Local progress remains while the installation or an Apple backup exists. Deleting the app can erase it; offloading while retaining data is different. We hold no remote copy of your progress. If you contact support, we process your email and information needed to answer, resolve the issue and meet applicable obligations, and retain the inquiry for those purposes.
We use necessary data to provide the game and handle purchases; your choice for optional analytics and notifications; and technical logs to secure and operate services. Hosting providers, Apple and Google may process data outside Uruguay, including the United States, under their services and transfer mechanisms. Private database backups are retained for 35 days. We do not sell personal data.
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, or withdraw consent, at support@vertalix.com. We ask only for information needed to verify and handle your request. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including Uruguay’s Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales. Deleting the app or disabling Analytics does not automatically delete data already held by Apple or Google.
TestFlight and this website
TestFlight is Apple’s testing environment: its purchases do not incur real charges. Apple may provide diagnostics and feedback you submit. See TestFlight Privacy. Older betas may behave differently: previous beta policy, in Spanish. This policy describes the version prepared for launch.
