Privacy policy
Clear information about your data, your device and your choices.
Who is responsible
VERTALIX S.A.S., Uruguay, is responsible for the processing described here. Address: Avenida Luis Alberto de Herrera 1248 (WTC), Torre II, Oficina 1416, CP 11300, Montevideo, Uruguay. For privacy questions or requests, email support@vertalix.com and mention Orbit.
Your progress stays on your device
Orbit stores campaign progress, collected stars, unlocked and selected skins, rewards, timers and preferences on your device. These data keep your game and settings between sessions. The current version has no VERTALIX player account or cross-device progress synchronization, and does not upload your saved game to VERTALIX. Device or operating-system backups may keep a separate copy according to your own backup settings.
Internet connection checks
Orbit checks that an Internet connection is available. It sends HTTPS requests to Google’s connectivity-check service and, if needed, an Apple connectivity-check page. The service receiving the request can receive your IP address and ordinary technical connection information, such as request headers and time. Orbit does not attach your saved game, star balance, name, email or an app-generated player identifier to these checks. This technical processing is used to detect connection loss and resume the game correctly. The current app can pause or prevent play while it cannot confirm connectivity.
Advertising, analytics and permissions
Orbit integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Public builds can display banners, ads between attempts and optional rewarded videos. Designated testing builds use Google test ads, which do not generate advertising revenue, but the SDK still communicates with Google.
Google may receive your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers where available and permitted, ad interactions, and performance and diagnostic data. Google uses this information to serve and measure advertising, improve its services and prevent fraud under its policies. These communications are encrypted in transit. Orbit does not send AdMob your saved game or purchase receipts.
UMP checks privacy choices when the app starts and displays any required form before requesting ads. You can review or withdraw consent in Settings → Privacy options when available. Declining personalisation does not necessarily remove all ads. Rewarded videos are optional; rewards are granted only when the SDK confirms they have been earned. VIP and Remove Ads disable banners and automatic ads while retaining optional rewarded videos.
Orbit does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise location access. On iOS and Android, Orbit requests non-personalised advertising and disables the advertising SDK’s publisher first-party identifier. On iOS it does not request ATT tracking authorisation or access to IDFA. Requests on both platforms also follow UMP privacy choices and the age-range restrictions described below. The separate VERTALIX gameplay-event collector remains disabled. Optional Firebase Analytics is described below. The advertising SDK's technical data is separate from VERTALIX gameplay analytics.
See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner apps. Operating-system settings also allow you to manage advertising identifiers.
Optional gameplay statistics
Orbit versions that display the “Game statistics” choice include Google Analytics for Firebase. Statistics collection stays disabled until you choose Allow. You can decline, keep playing and change your choice in Settings → Privacy options. This choice is separate from advertising consent.
With your permission, Google receives events about game starts and outcomes, duration, level, revives, stars earned or spent, and ad interactions. The SDK also processes app and device information, session activity and an app-instance identifier. Google uses connection information, including the IP address, to estimate an approximate geographical location. We do not request GPS or precise location. These events do not include names, email addresses, purchase receipts or the contents of your saved game, and we do not set a player-account identifier.
VERTALIX uses these data to understand usage, balance levels and check rewards and advertising. Our dashboard displays aggregate reports, including active users by country; it does not display personal positions in real time. Testing and production environments are distinguished. This Analytics integration disables advertising-identifier collection and advertising personalisation; it does not itself change AdMob choices.
This optional processing relies on your consent. Withdrawing consent stops new Analytics events from Orbit and resets its local analytics data and identifier. Withdrawal does not automatically erase information already sent or aggregate reports. You can send privacy requests to support@vertalix.com. Analytics retention depends on the property's retention settings and service policies; you can request details or deletion at that address. See the Firebase privacy information and Google privacy policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
Orbit uses Unity In-App Purchasing to connect to Apple App Store or Google Play. The store handles payment and its confirmation. VERTALIX does not receive your full payment-card details or your store password.
To verify a pack, Remove Ads or VIP, the app sends product and transaction identifiers, store purchase tokens or signed receipts to games.vertalix.com over HTTPS. Our server checks these records with the relevant store, including subscription expiry, cancellation and revocation status. It keeps encrypted receipt evidence and an opaque verification identifier to recognize and restore paid entitlements. This identifier is not a public profile and does not synchronize your campaign, stars or gameplay rewards.
The hosting service receives the IP address, request time and ordinary connection information needed to deliver and protect the service. Purchase verification is used to provide the content you request, prevent fraudulent grants and maintain correct subscription access. Apple, Google and Unity process information under their applicable services and privacy policies. Sandbox and testing purchases are distinguished by the store; always check its confirmation screen before authorizing a transaction.
Authorised Google Play reviewers can use a private, reusable review code to open paid features temporarily without a purchase. The app sends this code and a random request identifier to the Orbit server over HTTPS. Access is limited to the active review session, checked periodically and can be revoked; it does not create a paid entitlement or a subscription. Ordinary players do not need this code.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer, investigate the issue and handle privacy requests. Share only what is necessary: the app version, device model and a description are usually enough. Do not send passwords, verification codes, complete card details or unrelated personal information. Email-service providers process messages to deliver and store this correspondence.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you remove it from the device; system backups can retain it separately. On Android, clearing the app’s storage deletes local progress. On iOS, deleting the app is different from offloading it while keeping its data. Deletion may permanently remove stars, unlocked skins and progress: there is no VERTALIX cloud copy to restore in this version. We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter and meet applicable legal or dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion of correspondence from VERTALIX. Apple, Google and hosting or email providers may retain technical records under their own applicable policies; deleting Orbit does not automatically delete records they already hold.
We retain purchase-verification evidence for as long as needed to provide and restore paid entitlements, maintain subscription access and handle applicable legal or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion at support@vertalix.com. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use the store to cancel it. Paid packs and Remove Ads can be restored through the store using the same store account; local campaign progress, stars and non-purchased unlocks do not have a VERTALIX cloud backup.
Age range and younger players
Before enabling advertising or optional gameplay statistics, Orbit lets you select an age on a slider from 0 to 65+. It immediately converts the selection into a broad range: under 13, 13–15, or 16 and over. It does not ask for a date of birth and does not store or transmit the exact selected age. Only the broad range is stored locally and is not included in gameplay analytics or sent to the VERTALIX purchase server. It can be changed in Settings → Privacy options → Age range.
Until a range is selected, advertising and gameplay statistics remain disabled. For players who select under 13, both remain disabled. Players aged 13–15 receive restricted, non-personalised advertising with Google’s under-age-of-consent setting; gameplay statistics stay disabled. For players aged 16 and over, gameplay statistics still require a separate optional consent. All advertising requests are non-personalised and use a maximum PG content rating. An age-range choice does not grant analytics consent.
Where advertising is enabled, Orbit supplies Google with a restricted-treatment setting derived from the range. Google does not receive a date of birth from Orbit. Changes to the range discard previously loaded ads and reapply the appropriate restrictions; changing to a range below 16 also revokes any previously enabled gameplay-statistics consent. Store age ratings and operating-system parental controls are separate from this setting.
Your rights and international processing
We use essential technical information to provide and secure the service, and support information to respond to your requests and meet applicable obligations. Where applicable, these purposes rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in support and security, and legal obligations. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your personal information at support@vertalix.com. We may ask for limited information needed to verify the request. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including Uruguay’s Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales. Service providers may process information outside Uruguay or your country, including the United States; applicable protections depend on the provider, destination and service. Children and guardians can use the same contact for privacy or deletion requests; Orbit does not require a date of birth or a public player profile.
Testing and this website
If you use TestFlight, Apple operates the testing service and may process usage, diagnostics and feedback under its TestFlight privacy notice. Google Play likewise operates its distribution and testing services. The Orbit support and privacy pages use no analytics scripts, advertising, tracking pixels, third-party fonts or nonessential cookies. The hosting service receives technical visit data to deliver and protect these pages. These website practices are separate from the game’s local save data.
Changes to this policy
This policy describes the public and testing configurations reviewed on 8 October 2026. We will update the date and relevant sections when the app’s actual data practices change. A planned feature is not treated as an active data flow.
