Privacy policy

Your game, your data and your privacy choices.

Controller and contact

VERTALIX S.A.S., Uruguay, is the controller for the processing described here. Address: Avenida Luis Alberto de Herrera 1248 (WTC), Torre II, Oficina 1416, CP 11300, Montevideo, Uruguay. For privacy questions or requests, email support@vertalix.com and identify BLOCK BRIDGE!.

Your game and settings stay on your device

The game stores completed levels, the current attempt, unlocked and selected skins, available aids, rewards and preferences locally. It also stores ad counters to control frequency. No VERTALIX player account is required; this version does not provide its own cross-device save synchronisation or send your saved game to VERTALIX.

Apple, Google or device backups may retain application data according to your settings. Those services are separate from the game's local save.

Connectivity and offline play

The free version requires an Internet connection to play. If connectivity is lost, the game pauses and offers reconnection; your saved progress is not erased. The permanent No Ads purchase allows offline play and continuation once the purchase entitlement has been verified on the device.

The game requests https://www.gstatic.com/generate_204 to check Internet access. This request sends ordinary connection data to Google, such as an IP address; it does not include the board, progress, selected age group or a VERTALIX player identifier. Connectivity is also needed to request optional videos, check or restore purchases, and download level settings. An Internet connection does not guarantee that an ad video will be available every time.

Advertising and Google AdMob

We use Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising and privacy choices. Depending on the platform and applicable restrictions, the SDK may process technical data such as IP address, device characteristics, advertising interactions, diagnostics and identifiers. We do not provide Google with the contents of your saved games or your date of birth.

This version requests non-personalised adverts, disables the publisher first-party ID and sets a maximum ad content rating of G. Before requesting ads it applies child treatment to the under-18 group and unspecified ages. This broad minor group receives that protection because we do not distinguish exact ages. These restrictions do not mean providers stop processing all technical data needed to operate and protect their services.

Booster videos require a voluntary action. The booster is delivered only when the SDK confirms the reward; closing the video early does not grant it. Automatic adverts are requested at breaks between levels or at the end of a SURVIBLOCK run, never during a move. Availability depends on the connection and provider. Inappropriate adverts can be reported from Settings → Your data and ads.

See Google’s privacy policy, its use of data from partner apps and the SDK data disclosure.

On Android the app removes advertising-ID and AdServices identifier, attribution and topics permissions from its manifest. This does not remove other technical information the advertising SDK may process. See Google’s Android SDK data disclosure.

Age and privacy choices

On starting this version there are three choices: “Under 18”, “18 or over” and “Prefer not to say”. Minors and players who do not disclose their age can continue playing with the strictest protection. The choice is stored locally; we do not request a date of birth, identity document or public profile. It is a user declaration, not verified age assurance.

UMP checks the applicable status and displays its form when required. The game checks with the SDK whether it can request adverts before doing so. For adults, consent options depend on the region and provider configuration. When required they can be reviewed from Settings → Your data and ads → Ad privacy. A changed decision invalidates preloaded adverts before new requests.

Purchases, external links and manually enabling reminders are behind an adult check for restricted profiles. This helps prevent accidental actions; it is not verified parental consent to collect personal data. The age group can be reviewed in settings, with the same adult check when applicable.

Permissions, statistics and reminders

The game does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts or precise location. It does not include Firebase Analytics. Optional VERTALIX statistics are off by default and cannot be enabled for minors or unspecified ages.

In version 1.0: with an adult’s optional permission, the game may send a random run identifier, level, version, test or production environment, start, victory or exit, active duration and move count over HTTPS to diagnose issues and balance puzzles. Reports contain no name, email, permanent player identifier or payment data. Opting out clears queued local reports, not reports already received. Hosting receives technical connection data including the IP address; rate limiting uses a temporary cryptographic summary. Run reports older than 90 days are pruned when new reports arrive.

Level configuration downloads are independent of optional statistics and retain a local fallback. They do not provide cloud progress saves.

Reminders are local notifications and require system permission. At most one is scheduled per day, at 13:00 or 19:00 in the device’s local time, at least six hours after leaving. After three reminders without returning no more are scheduled, within a seven-day horizon. Automatic permission prompts are disabled for minors and unspecified ages; an adult can enable reminders manually. They can be disabled in the game or system settings. A remote notification server is not used to profile play habits.

Expanded statistics from version 1.0.1

This expanded scope requires version 1.0.1 or later and a new voluntary choice. Version 1.0 retains the run statistics described above; updating this page does not activate expanded collection in that version.

Only if you indicate that you are an adult and voluntarily enable statistics in Settings does the game send VERTALIX information about sessions, activity, levels, moves, active play time, helper use, ad interaction, and purchase or restore outcomes. It includes game mode, platform, app version, build, game language and a random identifier for this installation. It is not used to identify you across games or devices or for personalized advertising. Because the identifier recognizes an installation over time, these records are pseudonymous rather than described as fully anonymous.

This module does not send your name, email, exact age, location, advertising identifier or device fingerprint. Hosting necessarily receives connection information and applies the technical logs and protections described in the general policy. This analytics module does not send receipts, banking information or payment amounts. Client-reported outcomes are not verified financial revenue.

You can play without enabling these statistics. An earlier choice does not enable this expanded scope; a new choice is required. Minors and undisclosed ages do not participate. Turning the option off stops transmission and removes the local identifier and queued events; records already received remain subject to the retention period and rights described in the policy. Local events expire after seven days. This server module retains records for 90 days with daily cleanup. Reports represent only the participating sample.

Purchases and restoration

No Ads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It removes banners and automatic ads. Rewarded videos for optional aids remain voluntary. This purchase also enables offline play and continuation after ownership has been verified on the device.

Apple manages iOS purchases through App Store and StoreKit; Google manages Android purchases through Google Play Billing. The relevant store displays its local price before confirmation. The game checks signed purchase rights on the device. On Android it also checks the package, product and payment state, and acknowledges completed purchases with Google. Restore through Settings → Restore purchases using the relevant store account. Purchases do not automatically transfer between platforms.

This implementation does not send receipts or purchase tokens to a VERTALIX server and does not collect your payment card or Apple or Google account password. The local Google Play verification cache is excluded from app backups. The catalogue may be unavailable in some beta versions. This version has no purchasable coin wallet.

Support and TestFlight testing

When you contact support, we receive your email, message and any attachments you choose to send so we can respond and investigate. Share only what is necessary; do not send passwords or full payment details. Email providers process that correspondence to provide the service.

If you install a beta through TestFlight, Apple handles invitations, usage, crash information and feedback under its TestFlight privacy notice. VERTALIX may use information Apple shares to diagnose and improve the game.

For Google Play test releases, Google manages the test account, distribution and diagnostics relevant to its services. The game does not require a VERTALIX player account.

Retention and deletion

Local progress and preferences remain until you delete them. On iOS, deleting an app differs from offloading it while keeping its data; system backups can remain separately. Deleting local data can permanently remove progress and skins that VERTALIX does not store in the cloud.

We retain support correspondence as necessary to resolve requests and meet applicable legal or claims obligations. You can request deletion through our privacy contact. Deleting the app does not automatically erase information Apple, Google, hosting or email providers already retain under their own policies.

Purposes, rights and international processing

Local saves and connectivity checks support the requested game; support information allows us to respond and protect the service. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the service, legitimate support and security interests, or legal obligations. Consent is requested where required for the relevant advertising processing.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact support@vertalix.com. You may complain to the competent regulator, including Uruguay's Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales or your local authority where applicable.

Providers may process information outside Uruguay or your country, including in the United States. Their policies and terms describe applicable transfer and protection mechanisms; you can request information about processing for which we are responsible. This version does not require age information or a public player profile. A child's representative may use the same contact for privacy questions and requests.

This website and policy updates

These privacy pages contain no ads, analytics, external fonts or non-essential cookies. Hosting receives technical connection information needed to serve and protect the pages, including IP address, time and headers, but not your saved game.

This policy describes the configuration reviewed on 4 November 2026. We will update its date and relevant sections when actual processing changes. Mentioning an unavailable future option does not mean that feature is already active.
